We charge a monthly retainer fee for our services. The fee amount is calculated based on the number of hours required to work on your website over the life of your campaign. Those hours are then amortized over 12 months into a monthly retainer amount. Fees are due at the beginning of every month to partner with our agency.

"Results" are relative depending on your goals and industry. For example, we have a client who operates in the "payday loans" space, which is arguably one of the most competitive advertising verticals online. It took us a full 14 months to get them top rankings for their keywords. For other, smaller clients in less competitive verticals, results can be seen within 60 to 90 days. We do NOT guarantee results - and we strongly encourage you to take caution working with any agency that does. The process of SEO is to optimize your website to rank higher in search engines. Search engines have an incredibly complicated algorithm which changes on a daily basis. Anyone who claims a guarantee against this algorithm is not doing their job responsibly. What we do guarantee is to put your website in the best position possible for results. If you take a moment to review the results we've gotten for our clients, their recommendations and our presence across the industry, we find the quality of our work speaks for itself.

We have an incredibly robust service, that includes touch points with content, user experience, analytics and link building. Since we do so much, it's actually easier to list out what's NOT included in our service. Our standard SEO service includes a link building strategy, but does NOT include the actual link acquisition. While we handle this for almost all of our clients, we do ask for a small expense budget to ensure your links are of the upmost quality. The same with content - while we will design a complete content strategy, we do NOT write the content for you. If you have a writer we will work directly with them. If not, we have writing partners to which you will pay directly for your content. We will manage them and the end-to-end through the content creation process, but since we don't have experts in your field within our agency, we find it works best to use domain experts to write content that gets rankings and engagement.
