Why I’m not surprised Nobel Laureate Donna Strickland isn’t a full professor

National Post published an op-ed by Michelle Stack, an associate professor at UBC’s department of educational studies, about inequality of women in academia. Stack has recently conducted researched into the role of the Nobel Prize in university rankings and the impact on equity.
