Politicians can’t interfere with where and how Tori Stafford’s killer serves her time

The Globe and Mail published an op-ed written by Benjamin Perrin, a professor at UBC’s Peter A. Allard School of Law. He discussed the case of Terri-Lynne McClintic, who is serving a life term for murder, and how politicians are involved in deciding how and where she should serve her sentence.
