Don’t get SAD, get lit (and prevent the winter blues)

Shimi Kang, a clinical assistant professor at UBC’s Institute of Mental Health was quoted on News 1130 about Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).  Kang talked about the importance of light therapy, either through natural light or from special light boxes which mimic sunlight.
